Props!

Nothing is mandatory, but here is a list of helpful props we use during the class. The links to find them on Amazon are linked in the pictures below!

Possibly our most used prop, we love our balls! (lol) We use this often in the core section of class, as well as in many different applications. A ball is often the prop people buy first, as it’s the hardest to find an at-home substitution. A blanket or pillow may work though!

This can come in many forms, like a dog leash, a towel, or a belt from a robe. If you’d like a yoga specific strap, here is the one we use!

Blocks are a great prop to find support in poses. If you don’t yet have a block at home, books, blankets, or pillows can work as well!

The same strap and block as a combo, just a link to buy them together for a little bit of a break!

While any blanket will do, these are the ones we often use in yoga.
